A Publishing-Driven Studio for Audiovisual Localization
Librum Studio builds on more than 15 years of professional experience in publishing, editing and translation, expanding that expertise into audiovisual localization for film and streaming platforms.
How we started and our experience
Our background comes from large-scale editorial work, including proofreading, editing and translation for major publishing houses in South East Europe.
Over the years, our teams have worked on more than 5,000 published titles, developing rigorous language standards, consistency checks and production workflows that today form the foundation of our subtitling and localization services.
Librum was founded as an independent publishing house two years ago, with a strong focus on self-publishing. Since then, we have published and linguistically edited more than 100 book titles, managing complete editorial processes from manuscript to final release. This operational publishing experience enables us to approach audiovisual localization with the same level of structure, accountability and language precision required in high-volume production environments.
