Job Description:

Librum Studio is looking for an experienced Subtitler to join our audiovisual localization team. This role focuses on subtitle creation and timing for film, television, and streaming content. The position is fully remote and intended for long-term freelance collaboration.

Professional Experience:

Minimum 2 years of experience in audiovisual subtitling
Solid understanding of subtitle timing, segmentation, and readability
Experience working with basic subtitling software (e.g. EZTitles, Subtitle Edit, or similar tools)
Familiarity with subtitle guidelines and platform requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Creating and editing subtitles according to provided guidelines
Ensuring accurate timing, line breaks, and reading speed
Applying forced subtitles and basic SDH rules when required
Delivering subtitles in agreed formats and deadlines

Technical Experience:

Ability to work with standard subtitle formats
Reliable internet connection and home working setup
Attention to detail and consistency across projects
